Food Safety and Compliance Officer

This role will be r esponsible for the compliance of the RAH Patient Kitchen HACCP and Food Safety Plans (FSP), training of staff (induction and ongoing developmental) working in this environment, the development and maintenance of a strong environmental and safety culture.

• Relevant certificates or qualifications in training & food safety.
• Previous experience in Food Safey is essential within a HACCP Accredited kitchen environment.
• Exposure to leading/supporting internal and external auditing.
• High level of computer literacy including strong competency in MS Office suite.

• Excellent time management skills.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
