REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors’ Degree in engineering (chemical / biomedical), manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in quality project management, preferably in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Good practical knowledge of GMP in food / pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skill.
- Good communication and report writing skill.
- Good project management skill.
- Team player with initiative, drive, good communication skills and a strong command of written English.
- Knowledge in HACCP and risk assessment.
- Knowledge in food engineering and experience in a dairy / nutritional industry would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience in driving cultural changes in organization is preferred.
- Kindly note this position is based in Tuas and it is a 12-month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Establish project milestones and ensures tracking for timely completion.
- Training of cross functional team on the new Food Safety initiatives.
- Implement Change Management Tools (example, CLRS) to ensure successful roll out of Food Safety initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and cost for the plant.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures for new Food Safety initiatives.
- Implement improvements to site HACCP and risk assessment.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
