Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee daily food service operations, quality, and safety.
  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
  • Plan menus, control inventory, and order supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints.
  • Collaborate with chefs, dietitians, and other departments.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and budgets.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance, and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and sanitation standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3+ years of food service management experience.
  • Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
