OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment while delivering exceptional service to our guests. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the food industry, hospitality, and team management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in restaurant management or bartending is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
