Specialising in functional yet fashionable footwear, our goal is to create a brand that stands at the intersection of sophistication and everyday wearability. To spearhead this exciting new venture, we’re seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to take the reins, driving the brand’s development and success. Candidate must be able to deal with supply chain and manufacturing aspects, from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in brand management, sales, marketing, or project management, ideally within the fashion or footwear industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and campaign management.
- Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional team-building and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Networking Skills: Strong relationships within the fashion, footwear, or related industries are a significant advantage.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and brand narrative development.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimise strategies.
- Previous Experience with start-up brands.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As the Footwear Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the launch and growth of our newest venture - from the very start, with innovation and execution, to the very finish, being a well-established and successful brand. You’ll oversee every aspect of the brand’s operations, from sales and marketing to strategy and execution. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll develop partnerships, lead collaborations, and craft a compelling brand story that resonates with a global audience. Your leadership will be critical in taking our brand to new heights in the competitive fashion and footwear market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Development: Define and execute the brand strategy, positioning the brand as a leader in functional and fashionable footwear.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the brand’s launch and growth, ensuring seamless execution of marketing, production, and sales plans.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building relationships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
- Marketing Expertise: Create impactful marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms, leveraging innovative techniques to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships and collaborations with other brands, influencers, and key players in the fashion and footwear industry.
- Customer Experience: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, ensuring exceptional experiences across all touchpoints.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team to support the brand’s objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, supply chains, and resources efficiently to optimise profitability.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from suppliers to business partners.
- Brand Vision: Act as the brand’s ambassador, embodying its values and ensuring consistent messaging and aesthetics.
