JOB OVERVIEW

Do you have a passion for building great software? Do you have experience creating enterprise cloud solutions? Legion is looking for a Forecasting and Budgeting Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and definition of the core Workforce Management forecasting and budgeting capabilities of the Legion product. Forecasting & Budgeting includes AI-driven demand forecasting capabilities, Labor demand forecasting, and long-range forecasting/budgeting to support annual planning and periodic planning cycles.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex forecasting, budgeting, or scheduling projects on time
  • 5+ years as Product Manager supporting forecasting, budgeting, or automated scheduling features for cloud-based enterprise software
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions under the agile development methodology

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience with data-driven analysis and user testing
  • 2+ years of experience managing reports and analytics solutions

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Drive the strategic direction of product and roadmap.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize the feature backlog.
  • Be an active member of the forecasting and budgeting scrum teams and collaborate with other product managers to support cross-functional requirements for other products.
  • Work with technical architects to ensure the feature development meets security, scalability, resiliency, and performance requirements.
  • Own outbound GTM/NPI activities and deliverables, including product release notes, launch materials, and demos with marketing and pre-sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful customer adoption, support pre-sales activities, and address customer implementation questions.
