For our commercial BELUX team, we are looking for a Logistics & Forecasting Officer.
In this role you will be responsible for the forecasting of the BELUX assortment, the cooperation with the logistic partners, the management of stock and service levels, and the ownership of various projects. Your goal is to provide an excellent service to our customers in all possible ways.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the short- & long-term demand planning that will require ongoing analysis of historical sales, promotions, customer insights plus any other outside source that impacts the demand for our products;

  • You will monitor the stock levels of the BELUX assortment and will do all that’s in your power to limit out-of-stocks. You will do a weekly root cause analysis of the biggest losses and share your findings with the commercial & supply team, creating action plans to avoid future losses
  • Together with the supply & commercial team, you will monitor high stock levels and prevent obsolete stocks
  • In the day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for monitoring the logistics services. Customer complaints are registered by the Customer Service team. You will use this data to organize recurring meetings with the logistics partners. Together with the logistics managers, you are responsible for the service towards our customers, so you need to ensure that corrective measures are taken if service did not go as planned. Together with the Customer Service team, you ensure a good and correct aftercare
  • You will take part in various projects, such as Service Level improvement projects, Logistics Excellence, and Demand planning Excellence
  • You will be working with the demand planning tool Anaplan
  • You will report to the Customer Service Manager
