Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Forecasting & Scheduling Analyst, you’ll support our Business Partners, both onshore and offshore through short-term forecasting, scheduling, and planning to meet agreed customer service standards. Your role will involve roster planning, stakeholder engagement, working with workforce management systems and support campaigns as needed.
This is a full-time role, with working hours as 10am-6pm on Mondays and 8am-4pm Tuesdays to Fridays. Successful candidate has an option to work from our offices located in Auckland, Wellington, Palmerston North, Hamilton, Canterbury, Dunedin and Tauranga with great flexibility to work home.
Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
