Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.
Job Description

CBAM responsibility:

• Requesting import and supplier data from customers
• Processing data and preparing CBAM reports
• Communicate with Logistics department, Suppliers and Customers
• Submission of the CBAM report via the EU Commission portal
• Archiving reports
• Maintenance of supplier and emission data in CBAM database
• Maintenance of KPI data for the CBAM service package
• Providing foreign trade support for business continuity in CBAM process
• Handling CBAM enquiries (availability, status, info etc.)

Other responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintenance foreign trade related documents as long term supplier declaration (LTSD), long term vendor declaration (LTVD)
• Reports

Qualifications

• Foreign trade experience
• Fluency in English is a must, German knowledge is an advantage
• Good expression/ Motivation /Proactivity/Reliability
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Friendliness, flexibility
• Active listening skills /Quick comprehension
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good customer service skills and ethics
• Ability to function in team environment as well as independently
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to juggle multiple enquiries/queries
