Forex Admin Manager

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all forex-related services.

• Identify new business opportunities within the forex market, generate leads, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Actively manage and grow client portfolios by promoting and cross-selling forex and capital markets products.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a seamless experience from account opening to initial trades.
• Provide clients with expert insights into forex market trends, trading strategies, and risk management, helping them make informed financial decisions.
• Tailor and present the company’s forex and capital market products to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client management and business development efforts.
• Educate clients on forex products, trading platforms, and market dynamics to enhance their trading experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client service and trade execution.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in forex or capital markets sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
• Deep understanding of forex trading, currency markets, and financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial products in a simple and compelling way.
• Ability to analyze market trends and client portfolios to offer tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of forex market regulations, including AML and KYC requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in forex or capital markets are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
