We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Forex/Crypto Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our growth in the fast-paced exciting sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Forex/Crypto Business Development Manager, You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building and maintaining strong relationship with existing clients and introducing brokers (IBs), and achieving monthly sales targets. You will leverage your industry experience and network to drive business growth and ensure clients satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:

  1. Experience:
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Forex/Crypto Business Development.
  3. Client Portfolio:
  4. Possess an existing portfolio of clients and/ or introducing Brockers (IBs).
  5. Sales Skills:
  6. Proven track record of achieving specific monthly sales target.
  7. Strong negotiation, Communication, and presentation skills.
  8. Industry Knowledge:
  9. Deep understanding of the Forex and Crypto trading markets.
  10. Awareness of current industry trends and regulatory environment.
  11. Education:
  12. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  13. Technical Skills:
  14. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  15. Familiarity with trading platforms and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
  2. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and IBs
  3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and IBs
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Portfolio Management:
  6. Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients and IBs.
  7. Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  8. Target Achievement:
  9. Achieve specific monthly target for client acquisition and revenue growth.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  11. Marketing and Promotion:
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  13. Represent the company at industry events, conference, and webinars.
  14. Compliance and Reporting:
  15. Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  16. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
