Job Title – Forklift Operator/Machine Operator
Location – Wellingborough, NN8 4PE
Salary – £28,950 to £29,275 including shift allowance depending on experience
Duration – Permanent / Full Time
Hours – 4 on 4 off rotation days/nights shift pattern – 5.45am-6pm/5.45pm-6am

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of extrusion machinery to meet quality and production standards. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Possession of an FLT counterbalance license.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible shift schedule, including rotating day and night patterns (e.g., 4 on, 4 off, alternating between 5:45 am - 6:00 pm and 5:45 pm - 6:00 am).
• A strong passion for driving continuous improvement.
