Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Creation Design & Development EMEA AN, the main duties of this role will include:

• To lead and envision a multinational team of locally based formulation experts within the EMEA region and ensuring an efficient use/allocation of resources (financial, human)
• To govern and guide all technical matters regarding the optimization, creation and improvement of complete feed, premix, powder and liquid feed additives
• Leads the team to constantly explore new formulation trends, innovative formulations and propose cost efficient solutions for internal and external customers, locally and regionally
• Ensures access to necessary formulation software in alignment with Global LCM
• As an integral part of the regional CD&D leadership team, ensures transparent communication within the matrix, cultivates a culture of learning, sharing information and improving technical formulation know how within the team
• Acts in line and full cooperation with the commercial targets, facilitating these targets to be achieved in a proactive manner.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and market/customer demands driving nutritional solutions through ADM portfolio products and services
• Ensures field presence of his team to collect accurate and scientific feedback from the field, to identify customer needs and ensures in an efficient way the cooperation & support with the commercial teams.

Your Profile

• 10 years professional experience in Animal Health or Animal Nutrition industry
• Profound knowledge of Animal Nutrition formulation
• Leadership experience in multinational & multicultural teams
• University degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, Microbiology, Animal feed technology or similar majors
• Fluent in English; other languages is a plus;
• Strong communication skills, bringing high energy and commitment, open to challenges and learning
• Proficient in MS Office.
