POSITION OVERVIEW: FORMULATION TECHNICIAN II

We are looking for a Formulation Technician II to join our manufacturing team in the United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our post-production process, ensuring that our equipment is operating optimally and meeting the highest standards of quality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED or equivalent, plus 1 year of related experience, including troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting machinery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic knowledge of using tools and ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
  • Proficient in operating equipment and making necessary adjustments
  • Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and ability to apply them optimally
  • Ability to read and comprehend Work Instructions and BPR’s
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and ability to maintain an audit-ready work area
  • Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to communicate optimally
  • Collaboration skills to work well within a team environment
  • Knowledge of Safety, Quality, RFT, RFP, and Data Integrity principles

Responsibilities:

  • Apply your basic knowledge of tools to disassemble and reassemble equipment

  • Read and comprehend Work Instructions and BPR’s to complete tasks exceptionally
  • Ensure that the work area is clean and audit-ready at all times
  • Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs as needed
  • Make sound decisions based on equipment performance and communicate them effectively
  • Collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Safety, Quality, RFT (Right First Time), RFP (Right First Pass), and Data Integrity principles
