POSITION OVERVIEW: FORMULATION TECHNICIAN II
We are looking for a Formulation Technician II to join our manufacturing team in the United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our post-production process, ensuring that our equipment is operating optimally and meeting the highest standards of quality.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED or equivalent, plus 1 year of related experience, including troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting machinery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of using tools and ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
- Proficient in operating equipment and making necessary adjustments
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and ability to apply them optimally
- Ability to read and comprehend Work Instructions and BPR’s
- Strong attention to cleanliness and ability to maintain an audit-ready work area
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to communicate optimally
- Collaboration skills to work well within a team environment
- Knowledge of Safety, Quality, RFT, RFP, and Data Integrity principles

Responsibilities:

- Read and comprehend Work Instructions and BPR’s to complete tasks exceptionally
- Ensure that the work area is clean and audit-ready at all times
- Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs as needed
- Make sound decisions based on equipment performance and communicate them effectively
- Collaborate and work effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Safety, Quality, RFT (Right First Time), RFP (Right First Pass), and Data Integrity principles
