NUTRI Feeds is one of the leaders in the manufacturing of animal feed in South Africa, we are also
a world player and the first choice in animal feeds for pigs, sheep, poultry, dairy and beef cattle.
The following vacancy exists within the Technical Division at POTCHEFSTROOM.

REQUIREMENTS: (QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE)

• MSc in Animal Nutrition / Production (Preferred)
• BSc in Animal Nutrition / Production (Minimum)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Animal feed manufacturing/sales/formulation/lab
• Formulation software experience (Preferably FORMAT)
• Must be computer literate
• Must be fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Quarterly cost formulations as determined by the Formulations Manager (Formulation SOP)
• Monthly formulations, after the standard cost is set (Formulation SOP)
• Monthly formulation – reformulation and emergency formulation (Formulation SOP)
• Evaluation of Raw Materials and Specifications
• Evaluate opportunity ingredients with the formulation department
• Raw Material Matrix update
• Include and distribute files after each formulation run
