MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mastery in C1-C2 level Japanese language proficiency, with Business Level English skills
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Emails)

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Forum Moderator to join our team and help moderate and animate our client’s community on Discourse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our client’s products, a strong understanding of online communities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and moderate our client’s Community on Discourse
  • Respond to user questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner
  • Enforce the community guidelines and policies
  • Identify and remove inappropriate content
  • Promote positive and constructive discussions
  • Help create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive community environment
  • Work closely with our client to ensure that the community is aligned with their goals and values
