Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

The primary focus of this role is to support Forward Model Manufacturing Quality activities in accordance with Ford processes across overseas manufacturing plants, i.e. Thailand and South Africa.
The role offers hybrid working arrangements and is located at our Head Office in Campbellfield. You will be part of a team of three in Forward Model Manufacturing Quality, reporting directly to the Quality Business Office / Forward Model Manufacturing Quality Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide & support Forward Model Manufacturing Quality activities and be a single point of contact with Vehicle Manufacturing Engineering (VME), Product Development (PD), Quality and Plant Teams (Thailand & South Africa)
Regional representation to develop the processes around new features & technology in global forums
Support Ranger & Everest vehicle programs in Process Failure Mode Effectiveness Avoidance (PFMEA) / Significant Characteristics Communication Agreement Forms (SCCAF) / Control Plan & New Feature & Technology improvements
Promote standardised process control methods across global manufacturing plants
Lead Internal Market Group control plan governance meeting to track and monitor progress of control plan adherence and deployment.
