Forward Works Officer

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Forward Works Officer to join our high performing Infrastructure Engineering team. You’ll contribute to the Asset Management System and how it relates to roads, transport, stormwater and open spaces among others. You’ll also be involved in project selection and scoping.

The role will involve:

• Analysing defect and condition asset data to inform Maintenance and Capital Renewal Programs
• Developing, monitoring and maintaining processes for quality assurance of data bases
• Developing and producing reports for asset management and long-term capital work purposes.
• Assisting in the monitoring, review and development of Council’s asset management plans, policies and procedures
• Liaising with interdepartmental staff to ensure coordination of activities
