Description:
The TSH Talent Foundation is launching in September 2024 with two pioneering initiatives: the pan-European Changemaker Scholarship Programme and the Better Society Academy’s Masterclass. Developed and executed in collaboration with top education partners, these programmes aim to empower and support future changemakers across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Changemaker Scholarship Programme:
- Assist the Programme Manager with daily operations for the 2024-2025 cohort, consisting of 75 Master’s students across 18 European hubs.
- Provide support to talent, manage the mentoring programme, and facilitate group engagement activities.
- Prepare the recruitment process for 150-200 candidates for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Research Funding and Partnership Strategies for the Better Society Academy Masterclass:
- Conduct research to identify potential funding partners.
- Provide strategic advice to enhance the programme’s alignment with funding criteria.
- Assist in scaling the Masterclass from one edition in 2025 to three editions in 2026.
