Brite is an NDIS provider and has operated in Broadmeadows for over 40 years. We currently employ 160 people with disability. In addition, we offer a wide range of support services
to further develop our employees’ capabilities to access improved social and economic opportunities in the community.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment or higher-level qualification
  • NDIS Worker Clearance Screening
  • VIC Working with Children’s Check (WWC)
  • NDIS orientation

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with people with disability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
  • High level of written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadline

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and mentoring to students throughout the learning journey
  • Designing and delivering dynamic and energetic training using up to date technology
  • Implementing training strategies that provide positive outcomes for disadvantaged groups and promote access and equity
  • Ability to build capacity through training of young people and lessen the barriers to employment and empower learners to actively participate in developing a transition plan that they understand
  • Committed to our goal of making sure that young people graduating are ready to move into open employment or further education opportunities
