Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a Founder’s Associate to support our CTO, Jonas, and grow with us as we build the company and become the brains behind an automation revolution. In this role, you get to own a wide range of non-technical topics and be a trusted go-to-person for our CTO.

More specifically, you’ll:

  • Provide executive assistance to our CTO - supporting him with preparing materials, administrative tasks and non-technical topics in general
  • Manage office operations, including overseeing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Support the Munich team on internal operations, communications and marketing - from organising team events to building out our internal knowledge base, to crafting compelling marketing content to support our employer branding efforts
  • Undertake special assignments or projects as required
  • Proactively identify and execute on opportunities you see to drive our business forward
  • Lend a supportive hand wherever needed across the business, such as accounting and HR
