Description:

- You’ve worked in fast-paced environments before, e.g., in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
- You have strong PPT and Excel skills (ThinkCell is a significant plus)
- You master strong analytical skills and have experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio
- You are highly structured and know how to divide and conquer complex problems, enabling you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
- You are known among your peers for a high sense of integrity and responsibility
- You will join us for a minimum 3 months, from January 2025 on

Responsibilities:
- Prepare business-critical presentations for our Founder and VPs addressing the team or external stakeholders (e.g., All-hands, townhalls, investors, prospective clients)
- Set-up, maintain, and enhance recurring analyses to give the Executive Team strong visibility into the state of our business
- Collaborate with our VPs on project management, OKR setting, staffing modeling, and reporting
- Run ad-hoc analyses and research
- Establish processes and best practices to help our organization mature (e.g. removing silos, sharing knowledge & tooling between different departments)
- Support company events (e.g. offsites, team events, hackathon)
