We are searching for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our team as a Founder’s Associate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong interest in MedTech and AI-powered healthcare solutions.
  • Previous experience in startups, with exposure to the MedTech industry or the US Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) market, is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct market research and provide insights to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage day-to-day operations while handling high-priority tasks such as investor relations and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in a dynamic startup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Founder’s Associate at Nucs AI, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team with a variety of business-related initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the founders, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. We’re looking for someone who is highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a tangible impact. Prior experience in startups, MedTech, or the US SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) market is highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with day-to-day business operations and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to inform business development and growth strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage communications with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities.
  • Contribute insights to product development discussions, reflecting market trends and needs.
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations across the team.
  • Play a key role in marketing and market access initiatives.
