As a Founders Associate Growth and New Biz (f/m/d) you work directly with the founder, driving the company’s most strategic and high-impact sales initiatives. You will have the chance to shape the company’s growth by converting major accounts and opening new markets. Your work will involve deep research, strategic analysis, and the co-creation of compelling sales materials that will directly influence the company’s trajectory. This is a high-responsibility role where you’ll have the autonomy to translate the founder’s vision into actionable projects and initiatives, working across departments to ensure success.
