Founders Associate

As a Founders Associate, you will join as a cross-functional employee who can relate to product management, marketing and engineering teams as effectively as to the customer in order to build product-market fit into a business. You will be the right-hand of the founding team to bring our product to market by helping out on customer service, operations, general management, business development and product testing.
Tasks

Work closely with the founders to develop and execute business strategies.

• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Manage and lead special projects that have a high impact on the company’s growth and innovation.
• Analyze market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• You have recently graduated (or you will soon), from a top business school.
• You have an exceptional drive and a very high level of initiative.
• You have a highly strategic mindset with strong analytical skills.
• You have a relentless focus on product, you love people and you put a point at doing the job well.
• You embrace the high ambiguity that comes with an early-stage startup.
• You are open-minded, friendly and have very strong communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a startup environment – able to take on new responsibilities quickly.
• You can lead with autonomy: you possess the talent to interact with and engage all stakeholders, especially customers, product and engineering teams.
