BoardOutlook is a startup building performance management software for the Board of Directors of large organisations. Our mission is to make Boards and Executive teams better now and into the future. Responsibilities:
We’re after our first Chief of Staff to support our CEO as we accelerate our operations. You’ll be responsible for:
High level project and task support to the CEO
Operationalising our strategy, through implementation of our strategy framework and functional expectations
Building strong relationships across our executive team to drive accountability
Leveraging and planning CEO time and priorities to ensure greatest impact
Major project management and execution
Operational process improvement
Operationalisation of our performance management and strategy calendars
Running our weekly team and executive team agendas and meetings
Drafting correspondence and communications on behalf of MD
Ultimately, your role will be to add leverage to our CEO. You’ll get exposure to top ASX boardrooms, our most exciting projects and our international growth plans.
