This trapped data, often overlooked due to the limitations of existing reporting tools, holds significant potential for MSPs to enhance profitability, optimize operations, and improve client retention

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product and company culture. You’ll work directly with the founding team, tackling exciting technical challenges and building scalable solutions from the ground up.

• Design, build, and implement key features of Untrap’s platform, from ideation to deployment. You’ll have a direct impact on the user experience of MSP operators and users.
• Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the technical roadmap. You’ll be a core member of the technical team, collaborating on architectural decisions, technology selection, and implementation strategies.
• Champion best practices for software development, including writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. You’ll play a key role in establishing a culture of technical excellence.
