Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with FP&A leadership and will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making processes. The role is pivotal in implementing and optimizing budgeting and forecasting systems as well as assessing potential benefits and integration of AI technologies into our FP&A function.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) are a plus
EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of total professional experience in FP&A.
- Understanding of GAAP and Statutory accounting.
- Strong General Insurance knowledge, including exposure to analysis of full Income Statement of insurance company.
- Advanced skills in Excel, familiarity with modern business intelligence tools (Power Query, Power Pivot, PowerBI) as well as experience with Power Point.
- Experience with system implementation (Oracle, SAP) a plus.

The salary range for this role is $110K - $135K per year. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
