Your daily tasks may include:
- taking active role in PEC activities, global and local reporting - defined by FP&A Lead
- ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with HEINEKEN Group and unit requirements
- delivering managerial reports ensuring data is complete and accurate leveraging CoE expertise on functional design & tooling functionality
- performing financial & technical analysis of the reporting in scope with first line of commentary
- providing functional & technical support for slice & dice report functionality & analysis for reports in scope
- executing assigned managerial accounting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery
- maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
- understanding financial impact of changes to plan made by Business Control function and accordingly taking ownership of adjusting those in reporting tools
- supporting Senior FP&A Specialist, FP&A Specialist in any additional activities as required
- preparing basic forecasts and variance analysis, supporting more senior roles in yearly planning activities including maintenance of data model
- performing any other task assigned by TL within the scope of functional responsibilities.
You are a good match if you have:
- bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 2 year performing finance analysis
- experience of working in service delivery model environment
- experience in working with BI systems.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- practical application of process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective
- good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles
- business Acumen.
Responsibilities:
