MAIN REPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Sr. Analyst Retail to assess the performance of Retail Stores through critical performance review of Sales, Margin and Operating expenses.
• Support the Sr. Analyst Wholesale to provide business insights and analysis for decision-making to partner the Wholesale Sales team in delivering commercial targets.
• Produce Daily/weekly/ADHOC Sales and Margin reporting across the Wholesale & Retail channels.
• Month-end closing activities; preparation of the P&L, and submission of the Monthly Flash report and Country reporting books.
• Support the production of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and mid-term plan to provide strategic direction.
• Preparation of the Capital Authorisation Request (CAR) for proposed new stores and refits for internal review prior to submission to the Investment Committee for approval.
• Calculate and analyze Bonus targets for the Wholesale team.
• Co-ordinate with Head of Retail to set the monthly sales commission target for the Retail stores.
• Develop and maintain the requisite templates for all reporting and planning activity.
