Marioff Group has an opening for FP&A Analyst as part of the company’s Financial Reporting and Analysis team. The position is a key role in supporting Marioff’s strategic development and business needs. As our new FP&A Analyst, you bring a strong initiative and self-motivation along with a strong commitment to teamwork. This is a junior Finance role where you will closely collaborate with Marioff management team. This position is based in Vantaa, Finland and reports to FP&A Manager.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Master´s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 0-2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Fluent English knowledge both written and spoken, solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset, being able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Highly ethical personality, strong team-player attitude with an ability to work in international environment,

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in preparation of monthly reviews of actual financial results.
  • Participating in preparation of monthly forecast packages to divisional headquarters.
  • Participating annual planning and forecasting activities for the Group.
  • Liaise with Marioff’s management in the company’s strategic and daily development initiatives.
  • Provide Finance support to Marioff Land Business and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute towards financial and business process development initiatives.
  • Identify priority activities and assignments, adjust priorities as required.
