Description:

We are seeking an FP& A Analyst to join our team based in Austin, Texas. As an FP& A Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing financial statements, tracking KPIs, and preparing financial reports. You will also assist with budgeting and monthly close processes, and provide financial guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation of financial statements and executive-level reports.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Provide assistance during budgeting and monthly close processes.
  • Understand and analyze key business drivers.
  • Offer financial guidance to project teams.
  • Develop financial projections and build comprehensive financial models.
  • Perform research and analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Leverage Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient data processing.
  • Use Crystal Reports and Data Mining Techniques to aid in the analysis of financial data.

This role is well-suited for someone skilled in Accrual Accounting, Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management.

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services, NetSuite, MS Office/Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques
  • Understanding of Accounting Functions
  • Proficiency in Accrual Accounting
  • Experience in Auditing
  • Familiarity with Budget Processes
  • Knowledge of Capital Management
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of finance and accounting.
