Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
The FP&A implementation Senior will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) systems. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring FP&A solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, consulting, and systems implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the client’s FP&A function.
- Design and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Pigment FP&A software for clients.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support client decision-making.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration and integration processes.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FP&A system users.
- Create and maintain user documentation and system guides.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
