About the team
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience area is part of Global Business Operations (GBO) and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including general accounting, management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis.
About the role
- Act as the finance business partner for the respective business unit(s), running day-to-day financials (P&L, balance sheet, and cash), driving financial performance, and supervising operational critical metrics
- Generate insights for business leaders by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with In-market Finance, FC teams, and senior partners to support planning, ensure accurate reporting, and drive business performance through financial expertiseSupport the FP&A team with user-friendly financial information for discussionsLead monthly reporting processes (e.g., BPM reports, O&R, cash flow forecasting) and prepare review meeting decksPrepare and submit the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.Supervise the completeness of profit center/market figures and P&L accounts for inconsistenciesBuild accurate forecasts based on actual trends and partner feedback
About you
- Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
- 4-5 years of experience in FP&A and/or Financial Controlling
- Good accounting knowledge
- Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment or Shared services environment is considered as an advantage
- Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
- Proficient English knowledge
