Job Description
Join our dynamic team as the FP&A Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategic planning across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with various departments to analyse financial data, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide critical insights that drive decision-making at operational and executive levels.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making within the EMEA business area.
  • Act as a key business partner to the business area head and regional leadership team, challenging norms where beneficial.
  • Ensure timely communication of financial performance.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers impacting financial outcomes.
  • Develop financial models supporting strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Champion initiatives driving financial improvements, such as customer proximity, OPEX savings, or TCO reduction.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster an inclusive, innovative, start-up-like environment that encourages new ideas and experimentation.
  • Set clear expectations, objectives, and provide regular feedback to team members.
