Note: This role is hybrid (2-3 days in office weekly) so you need to live in Boston Area.
Growing Tech/SaaS org in the Boston Area is continuing their high growth plans and needs to hire a hands-on Manager of FP& A.
The role will be a key Finance Partner to the business and corporate. You will get into the following areas, with a key focus on the budget and forecast initially.
Develop a comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting systems within the organization and manage its deployment.
Conduct rigorous analysis and modeling for financial planning purposes.
Review current budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools
Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management
Guide the forecasting of monthly financial and operational performance against strategic and budgetary goals
Direct the preparation of all financial reports
Conceptualize and create robust financial models to identify areas of opportunity and risk, and drive business decisions.
Work closely with key business leaders to augment performance and profitability.
Over the near term, assist in the selection and implementation of an analytical application.
