SOME OF THE SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Previous experience with budgeting and analysis
  • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and business partnership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
  • Consumer products or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities:

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU’LL DO:

  • Key member of the EMEA FP&A team
  • Managing Marketing expense planning and reporting through a period of exceptional sales and category growth
  • Responsibility for the reviewing of marketing commercial performance
  • Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
  • Identify and measure key success drivers
  • Providing finance and business support to the marketing team
  • Support decision making with data and insight
  • Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
  • Calculate monthly work in progress/comment on variance analysis
  • Work with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting process
  • Contributing to ad hoc projects as required as part of the overall finance and marketing functions
  • Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
  • Drive on-going breakthrough initiatives requiring sharp project management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of all areas of responsibility and ability to present to all levels of executive leadership
