POSITION SUMMARY

Miovision’s growing Finance team is looking for a driven and dynamic finance professional with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and providing guidance to the analyst within the FP&A team. Communicate objectives and goals with VP’s from other functions through business partnering within a high-growth environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of taking an active role in owning, planning, implementing, managing and delivering the financial planning and analysis activities of the Company. In this role, you will partner across functional lines to drive financial and business execution. You will be an integral team member on corporate development initiatives including modeling and due diligence.
You have a strong systems background with FP&A tools and are proficient at working with disparate data sets and turning them into meaningful insights. Ownership of financial data integrity is a key element of this role and you will be looked upon to work with other functions in leading improvements to Netsuite, Forecasting / Budgeting applications and all financial systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • FP&A Management Reporting; three financial statements, As reported and Proforma, analyze variances and provide commentary.
  • Ownership for building and maintaining quarterly forecast models as well as developing a rolling forecast model. Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sr FP&A Analyst.
  • Contribute to the production of all internal and external financial reporting, with meaningful business insight to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the functional VPs to manage operating expenses in line with changes in the revenue forecast to maintain profitability.
  • Partner with business leaders to empower them with financial information that will inform impactful business decisions and management.
  • Corporate Development Activities
  • Support corporate development initiatives, including potential future fundraisings and M&A activities including, but not limited to, financial modeling and diligence related activities.
