Description:
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an FP& A Manager/Supervisor in the heart of COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, United States. This role is crucial within our industry, requiring you to manage high-level budgets and oversee a team of accountants and analysts. The FP& A Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for managing large revenue streams and handling multiple budgets across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the creation of high-level budgets across multiple departments
- Handle a significant revenue stream, ensuring accurate and efficient management
- Lead a team of accountants and analysts, ensuring optimal performance and results
- Implement and streamline budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage the budgeting process effectively throughout the year
- Use NetSuite and other relevant software to manage and analyze financial data
- Develop annual forecasts and cash flow forecasts to guide financial planning
- Take a lead role in budget season, ensuring all deadlines are met and budgets are accurately prepared
- Oversee and manage the budgeting/forecasting process as the main priority
- Ensure all financial functions and processes are compliant with industry regulations.
- Demonstrable experience in the role of FP& A Manager/Supervisor or a similar position
- Proficiency in creating and managing annual budgets and forecasts
- Solid understanding of budget processes and budgeting forecasting techniques
- Expertise in cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial management software
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA would be advantageous.
