The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Regions Analyst position is designed to support end to end processes, with primary focus on retail sales operations for both, Regional Office and affiliates. This includes supporting the transition project of E2E Retail Sales to OneSource and partnering with Analytical Ops for automation and process improvement.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience.
  • Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Retailers performance across the company.
  • Loading of retail sales into ELC systems.
  • Support additional processes related to Retail Sales E2E operation
  • Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across Regions)
  • Seeks process optimization opportunities.
