We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A Reporting Manager for a 12 Months FTC (Maternity Cover)
Join us as our FP&A Reporting Manager, where you’ll be responsible for preparing, analysing, and delivering crucial financial information that supports decision-making across our dynamic business.
With around 4,000 employees and multiple divisions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring that key messages are effectively communicated to senior stakeholders and the board.

Job Description

  • Preparation of the weekly trading report, flash report and monthly management accounts to support decision-making across the business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardisation, automation,and optimisation of reporting activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management, the Board and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and support to a range of stakeholders across the business, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost savings.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure key messages are highlighted in our reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure that reporting processes are efficient, effective and fully compliant with accounting standards, regulations and business policies.
  • Develop and implement effective financial control procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A professional accountancy qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in management reporting roles.
  • Experience working with financial software, ERP systems, and reporting tools - BPC experience valued.
  • Excellent powerpoint and excel skills.
