Then it’s time to join Western Union as a FP&A SFA MEPA Senior Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support MEPA FPA in End-to-End Financial Planning process including Plan, Forecasting, R&O and results Process (monthly reporting to HQ).
  • Monitor and provide insight into key variances and business trends to identify risk and opportunities.
  • Track strategic initiatives and analyze data. Track pricing performance and ensure pricing investment calculations are accurate.
  • Prepare business cases and model all pricing proposals to support business partners in key decisions making processes: pricing, new agents’ signings and renewals.
  • Analyze agents’ performance and evaluate commercial terms, develop and evaluate agents’ incentives proposals, support business in optimizing revenues and costs.
  • Analyze capital expenses requests and provide recommendations.
  • Analyze operating expenses including marketing spends, travel, other expenses to help in efficient expense management.
  • Prepare and publish performance reports and any other ad-hoc reports needed for business reviews.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of commercial and analytical experience.
  • Experience in multi-national organizations, educational background in finance or accounting.
  • High degree of financial acumen, understanding of impacts on financial statements, links with accounting, tax, treasury, etc.
  • Understands the company’s value delivery chain with the customer in mind and builds efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.
  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships and collaborate successfully across the organization.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
