Are you an FP&A specialist who enjoys responsibility and likes to play a critical role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency? Then we might have a job for you!
A GREAT OVERVIEW AND STRONG COLLABORATIVE SKILLS
As our new FP&A Specialist, you will be responsible for time management from when a timesheet is born to it is posted and included in the analysis. Your technical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in optimising and enhancing data visibility and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:
- Oversee the time registration process, ensuring compliance by establishing and maintaining time registration policies, procedures, and controls,
- serve as a subject matter expert by training employees in time registration best practices, system usage, and compliance requirements,
- maintain and update databases and systems by understanding how data/hours flow,
- support planning, budgeting and forecasting,
- prepare, develop and automate financial reports and dashboards,
- collaborate with cross-functional projects and initiatives to integrate time registration data with other systems and processes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEW COLLEAGUE?
We are looking for someone with a theoretical foundation of a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a practical foundation of at least 3-4 years of experience in an FP&A role. Furthermore, we expect that you are an Excel superuser and familiar with the use of BI planning tools, as well as PowerPoint and the preparation of good presentation slides. It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience with Microsoft D365 and JIRA.
Lastly, you must speak English and Danish fluently and thrive in an international working environment.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
