TALOS is developing, deploying, and operating a unique satellite constellation that will be operational in 2025, addressing critical challenges like climate change, biodiversity loss, and precision agriculture. We are expanding our team to support our vision and are seeking an

FPGA DEVELOPER (M/F/D)

with knowledge in the following topics:

  • Concept and design of FPGA modules using VHDL or Verilog
  • Implementation of algorithms in the field of digital signal processing
  • Simulation as well as preparation and execution of system and integration tests
  • Planning and implementation of software interfaces
  • Knowledge of System-on-Chip (SoC) Processing System (PS) implementations preferred
  • Low-level programming of FPGA interfaces in C/C++ under Linux
  • Co-design of circuit diagrams
  • Documentation of the design and development

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in engineering, physics, computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong English or German language skills in both verbal and written communication
