We are on the search for a Fractional CFO for one of our clients based in the Salem, Oregon area. In this role, you will be working across various business systems and accounting functions, playing a crucial role in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Assisting with clean up work to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of all financial data
• Coaching and mentoring the team to enhance their skills and professional growth
• Making strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections
• Setting up a robust reporting function to facilitate informed decision-making
• Developing comprehensive policies and procedures to streamline financial operations
• Implementing and managing accounting software systems to automate financial tasks
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Overseeing budget processes and capital management to ensure financial stability
• Performing cash flow analysis to monitor the company’s financial status.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Knowledge of Auditing practices is highly valued.
• Understanding of Budget Processes is needed.
• Expertise in Capital Management is crucial.
• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis is necessary.
