BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in Website Design & Implementation
• 6+ months of experience with Framer Websites
• Experience with Figma or Sketch
• English proficiency of level B1 or higher
• EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit
• Willingness to work on-site in Wrocław

PREFERRED (BUT NOT MANDATORY) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience shipping robust websites to market and incorporating user data into future iterations
• Exceptional portfolio with strong visual design
• Experience designing refined, thoughtful, and intuitive web & mobile experiences
• Strong understanding of web application and interactive design
• Experience in an environment with a bias for testing and iterating quickly in place of extensive research
• Highly organized with exceptional communication skills
• Strong understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, and color theory
• Expert in current graphic design practices and tools, such as Figma, Sketch, and related tooling
• Understanding of user testing and human-centric design patterns

• Continuously analyze user activity and feedback to enhance our Website
• Implement new Pages, Landing Pages and Ideas for our Website
• Make sure our Websites loads fast, has great animations, and users stay as long as possible on our website
• Work independently on strategic issues with internal team members, managing fairly complex projects
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our platform
