Your Mission

  • To increase the sales and operational excellence of Chopard Franchise Boutiques by deploying various commercial initiatives & sharing our own retail best practices.
  • To support on all marketing, sales and back-office work involving Franchise Boutiques.
  • To engage in any sales or promotional missions when needed, including extensive business travels centered around events and Boutique activities.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Sales: (40%) : to ensure the achievement or overachievement of the global Franchise Boutique objectives, in close collaboration with the Global Franchise Boutique Director.
  • Sales Training: (20%) : to develop and deploy tools for Franchise Boutiques and share them with our Chopard trainers around the world. Ensure the necessary follow-up to guarantee a lasting impact.
  • Events & Exhibitions: (20%) : to participate at all major exhibitions to generate sales (incl. Watches & Wonders, Pre-W&W, Cannes, major international events , etc.), to supervise the implementation and success of travel collections geared to support our key Franchise Boutiques, to create & collect post event reports for all Franchise Boutique events & exhibitions, to be shared internally as best practice.
  • Subsidiaries & HQ Support: (20%) : to monitor Franchise Boutique visual merchandising, to play a key role in supporting sales of our subsidiaries when organizing events with their key Franchise Boutiques, as well as preparation and reporting.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, MOBILITY, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • Luxury retail experience
  • University degree or higher education, e.g. in Watch Making, etc.
  • Watch & Jewellery training & sales experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Proficiency in English and French a must. German and any other language a plus.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
  • General passion for watchmaking & jewellery and good knowledge about the industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility on daily tasks, with the ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Motivation and creativity to find solutions and improve existing processes
  • Ability and power to ‘close’ sales in different cultural environments.
