The Franchise Business Consultant role is an integral part of our operations. Your role is to help our Franchisees by providing guidance and training. Note: Plumbing and/or Drain experience is required for this position
Location: Remote (Extensive travel required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to franchise owners
- Analyze business performance and develop improvement plans
- Conduct on-site visits to assess operations and implement best practices
- Facilitate training programs for franchise owners and their staff
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned franchises
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the drain cleaning industry
- Strong background in business operations and management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
