The Franchise Business Consultant role is an integral part of our operations. Your role is to help our Franchisees by providing guidance and training. Note: Plumbing and/or Drain experience is required for this position
Location: Remote (Extensive travel required)
Are you an experienced professional with a deep understanding of drain cleaning operations? Do you thrive on helping others succeed? We’re seeking a dynamic Franchise Business Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to franchise owners
  • Analyze business performance and develop improvement plans
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess operations and implement best practices
  • Facilitate training programs for franchise owners and their staff
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned franchises

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the drain cleaning industry
  • Strong background in business operations and management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about driving success in the franchise business model. This remote position offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
