As a Franchise Finance Director for COVE, you will be the financial leader of Colombia and Venezuela. The largest Franchise in the Central Zone.
This position is focused on delivering business results and improvements on system financials while ensuring an appropriate control and governance environment.
In this role, you will be the main financial point of contact and in charge of relations with Operations General Manager, Country Managers, Bottlers’ CFOs and other key internal/external stakeholders within COVE

Responsibilities:

Management of Bottler Interactions:

  • Act as primary point of contact and ensure a healthy relationship with bottling partners
  • Manage System Health discussions with the Bottlers
  • Identify and make recommendations of new opportunities with Bottlers
  • Reviews proposals for projects
  • Review any support requests
  • Track and mediate ongoing initiatives
  • Liaise with Bottlers for receivables management and credit control
  • Maintain Bottlers within credit limit, follows up on overdue accounts and negotiates repayment schedules .

Support Operation:

  • Provide financial insights to understand business performance vs plan and support planning process
  • Lead financial development and reviews for projects (CIF or Ad-Hoc)
  • Control concentrate and other pricing and/or cost sharing models
  • Negotiate and align marketing, customer, and other investments
  • Evaluate Key Accounts and ensure fair profit sharing
  • Support leadership team on special projects and analysis to strengthen the portfolio and share

Management of KO Financial Information

  • Validate operating results and proactively makes specific recommendations for financial improvements
  • Track and ensure accurate metrics are used for management of financial risks
  • Lead System Economics for Central America
  • Validate accuracy of volume and risks for the monthly Rolling Estimate, supporting the
  • Finance Director.
  • Lead monthly financial result meetings with Operations General Manager
  • Ensure DMI control, accuracy reporting under TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) policies and guidelines

Internal Controls

  • Ensure Company Internal Control requirements are in place and followed for all the FU operations.
  • Manage the cooperation within the teams to ensure full compliance with Company policy & procedures.
