JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a sales professional with franchising experience in the Paint manufacturing industry.
This person displays effective communication skills, great interpersonal skills and a strong business acumen. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise outlets to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profit generation. They will identify and develop new franchise opportunities in the region, ensuring franchise outlets’ financial and operational success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years’ prior industry-related experience in Franchise operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-orientedSales experience in the paint-manufacturing industry is required

• Develops and executes business strategies to expand franchise operations.
• Interview potential franchisees and review applications to determine eligibility
• Generates leads, drives growth, and constantly seeks ways to improve customer satisfaction.Troubleshoots and provides supervisory support in solving business problems as needed.
